💸 Refund & Returns Policy

At Kado Bar Vapes Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no-return, no-refund policy — with a few important exceptions outlined below.

❌ No Returns

We do not accept returns on any products once they have been shipped. This includes:

  • Opened or used items

  • Unwanted flavors

  • Items purchased by mistake

  • Buyer’s remorse

Due to health and safety regulations, all vape products are considered final sale.

✅ Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective item, we’re here to help.

To qualify for a resolution:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the damage or defect

  • Include your order number and contact information

We will review your claim and offer a replacement or store credit if approved.

🚫 Late Claims

Claims made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

⚠️ Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery disputes.

📦 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the item is returned due to refusal or an undeliverable address.

🔁 Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please double-check your shipping info and items before completing checkout.
